About Me
Photography has been part of my life for a long time. I studied it for two years in high school, back when we were still developing film by hand in the darkroom. Even then, I loved the process of taking an idea and turning it into something tangible.
Years later, photography found its way back into my life for a very personal reason.
My wife had worked incredibly hard on her weight loss journey, and we wanted to celebrate that with a boudoir session. When we started looking around, we found photographers charging anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000. That simply wasn't something we could justify.
Instead of spending that money on one session, I invested it into building my own studio.
What started as a way to create beautiful photographs for someone I love quickly became a passion. I immersed myself in lighting, posing, composition, and editorial portraiture. Over the years, I've built a studio with an extensive collection of professional lighting, modifiers, and specialty equipment that gives us the flexibility to create everything from soft and romantic portraits to dramatic, cinematic artwork.
But here's what I discovered:
The equipment isn't what matters most.
The best part of every session is watching someone see themselves differently.
Whether you're fully clothed, wearing an elaborate leather outfit, dressed in your favorite cosplay, or embracing your body with nothing but confidence, I love seeing that moment when someone looks at a photograph and says, "Wow... I actually look amazing."
That's why I do this.
Creating beautiful art is incredibly rewarding, but helping people recognize how amazing they already are is what keeps me coming back.
KinkyFire was built to be a welcoming space for people who want to express themselves without judgment. While the name reflects that we proudly welcome members of the kink community, this studio isn't only about kink. Whether you're looking for a classic boudoir session, an editorial-inspired portrait, creative fashion photography, cosplay, or something uniquely you, you're welcome here.
Every session starts with getting to know you. Before we ever pick up a camera, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire that helps me understand your comfort level, boundaries, interests, and goals. Consent isn't a one-time conversation. It's something we communicate about throughout the entire session. Your comfort always comes first, and you're free to change your mind at any point.
My photographic style leans toward dark, moody, creative, and editorial imagery, but every session is tailored to the person in front of the camera. My goal isn't to fit you into my style. It's to create photographs that feel like the best version of you.
For family and friends, I maintain a private home studio. For everyone else, I operate a fully mobile professional studio, bringing everything needed to your home or a rented location so we can create images in a space where you feel comfortable and confident.
No matter your experience, your body type, your identity, or your style, my goal is the same:
Let's get your Fire started.
